What we offer BOC India, a member of The Linde Group – a world leading gases and engineering company, invites applications from young graduates (Arts, Science and Commerce backgrounds only) to join us for a fast track career through our CATALYST program. As the name suggests, young graduates joining us are put though a structured training program in various functions like Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement. Deserving candidates also get opportunities for doing international assignments during the training period. Post successful completion of training, the trainees are confirmed in permanent positions within the company across various commercial functions. After being in continuous service, CATALYSTs have the option of getting their further studies from reputed institutions, sponsored by the company enabling them to embrace leadership positions in The Linde Group.

What we're looking for Fresh graduates with 60% and above marks in 10th, 12th and graduation Graduates with 0-2 years of experience in reputed organizations may also apply for this position subject to meeting the above-mentioned academic criteria Willingness to relocate to any of The Linde Group’s offices in India or overseas Excellent communication skills, passion to excel, ability to innovate Maximum age of applicants must not be above 24 years as on 1 April 2011
