Dematerialisation
of Physical Shares

The Company’s shares are compulsorily required to be traded in electronic form and are available for trading in the depository systems of both National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL). In view of this, all the shareholders having shares in physical form are advised to get their shares converted into electronic form. The procedure for dematerialisation of shares is as under:

1. Open an account in the name(s) of shareholder(s) with any of the Depository Participants (DP).
2.

Surrender the original share certificate(s) of the Company to the DP together with duly filled and signed Demat Request Form (DRF). The shareholders will be required to use the original DRF of the concerned DP.

3. DP intimates the Depository of the request through the system.
4.

DP submits DRF along with the original share certificate(s) to Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, M/s Intime Spectrum Registry Limited, Kolkata.

5. RTA sends a confirmation of the request to the DP.
6. Confirm with DP the credit of shares to your Demat Account in due course.

Rematerialisation of Electronic Shares

The Depository System permits reconversion of electronic shares into physical form through a process of rematerialisation. The procedure involved for rematerialisation of electronic shares is as under:

1. Beneficial owner submits Rematerialisation Request Form (RRF) to DP.
2. DP intimates the Depository of the request through the system.
3. DP submits RRF to Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, M/s Intime Spectrum Registry Limited, Kolkata.
4. RTA sends a confirmation of the receipt to the DP.
5. RTA updates account and prints certificate(s).
6. RTA despatches the certificate(s) to the shareholder.
